Precision Boating Skills Whitewater Clinics – April 24 & 25.

Clinic Instructors will be traveling from 4 Corners River Sports.

Some experience necessary, but we will be able to provide all levels of boaters instruction that will promote and improve your skills, including advanced paddling and rodeo moves.

Meet at Taos Junction Bridge for signup at 9, launch at 10 each day (may launch advanced paddlers at Quartzite). Bring your own boat, PFD, Helmet. You must be a member of AWC (can join at the clinic!). You Will benefit if you attend both days. Pre-registration required (Contact Russ at russ@ktao.com (Home: 505-751-7262 or Work: 505-758-5826).

Clinic cost is:
$25/day +
$5 ACA event insurance coverage (covers both days), if you don't have your ACA membership # with you. (Some folks write it in their boats!!). You may join ACA on-line, at AWC's website or at the clinic. Membership for ACA is $20/individual and $25/family.

On Saturday evening, join the AWC Potluck/Party at the Rio Bravo campsite in Orilla Verde Recreation Area, starts at 6 pm. Overnight camping at the pavillion is free on Saturday evening.

4 Corners will be assisting us again this year in Clinic instruction. We want to thank 4 Corners in advance!

In April, 2003 we had a great clinic turnout and thank 4 Corners for providing instruction, as well as Demos for the event!
