RENTER AGREES:

• Batteries for the radio are not furnished by AWC
• The radio is believed to be in good operating condition at the time of rental. However, AWC does not guarantee correct operation during the rental period.
• Renter will return the radio, instruction booklet and waterproof box on or before the return date indicated above.
• Renter agrees to reimburse AWC for any damage to the radio during the rental period. The damage payment is not necessarily limited to the amount of the damage deposit.
• If the renter is not able to return the radio due to theft, accidental loss, or for any other reason, the renter agrees to pay AWC the cost of a replacement radio.
• The damage deposit will be returned to the renter in full upon return of the radio with no damage.
